Masterclass - Streaming media content to your game consoles

Here we go guys, bit of a video on how to stream media content to your consoles on DNLA enabled tvs!
In this video we look at two programs, not the only ones available - but the two most popular.
So the video is a bit grainy and the sound is a bit dodge, and the quality of information is questionable, but hey, its an Australian Gamer production, what do you expect!

PS3 Media Server (available here)
Pros:
- Will degrade quality to pass data through a low bandwidth hoop, like Wireless G
- Transcodes non native file formats to run on the Playstation 3
- Does basic Xbox 360 support (no transcodes only native formats to the 360)
- Free, Easy to install / set up

Cons:
- Only basic Xbox 360 support
- http server is a bit tricky to sort out

Tversity (available here)
Pros:
- Will stream media content to pretty much any device on the planet.
- Does everything that PS3 Media Server does
- Can be used to push you tube and other services to your console / TV
- Deploys Flash and non flash html webserver that can be connected to via the web.
- Free, Easy to install / set up

Cons:
- Hardwired / highspeed network or nothing (wont jump through bandwidth hoops)
- Not as easy to set up as PS3 Media Server (still pretty easy though)
